After you register we send you an email with a link to follow to complete your registration. If you do not do this your account will not be activated and you will get the 'Inactive User' message when you attempt to login. The email may have gone to your spam folder so look there if you are having trouble finding it. If you forgot your password you can click on 'forgot password' on the login screen and a new one will be emailed to you. If you forgot which email account you used when you placed your ad you should find your ad and send an email to the seller and check to see which of your email accounts the message was sent to.
We take the safeguarding of your personal information very seriously. For that reason we only require your email address and a password, we never ask for or have access to any of your financial information. For more information visit our Security Center.
